Hola, mira esos efectos se llaman glow, en la ventana donde ves las capas, selecciona la capa que quieres que tenga estos bordes brillantes hazle boton derecho y selecciona donde te dice "blending options" dentro esta lleno de opciones, selecciona la que se llama "outer glow", esta sirve para pintar de esa forma, puedes regular el efecto para ver que tanto quieres que brille y el color que quieres que brille, vale viejo me daré una mirada a tus trabajos, saludillos.
